Earthlink is the most notorious. 2nd and 3rd in line are County School
and Municipal email systems. I know those systems are meant to
protect your computer, but please give me a break! When you request
samples or a response to your questions from this site, TURN OFF the filters
before you send your request. Or WHITE LIST my email address -

yet, get a free email account.
Save us both some time and don't ask
that your order be sent to a municipal or county/state school system ISP
address. Get a free email address through Hotmail or Gmail and you usually won't
have problems receiving your product. Any ebook or sample that you order from The Five
Finger Paragraph© will
be sent to you as an attachment. Many municipal and county/state school
system ISPs (internet service providers) won't allow receipt of attachments and
your email will be held up or disposed of by the ISP. That will delay
receipt of your product. Since I don't know whether you received the email
or not (they are never returned to me), you have to:
1. Let me know that you didn't
receive your purchase.
2. Wait on me to send you the
replacement to different email address.
Do yourself a favor -- either "white
list" my email address or get a free email account for yourself first!
NOTE: If you've requested samples
and haven't gotten them, check your spam filter or "deleted" box.
If they're not there, please email us and we'll send them to you..., again!
